View Full Version : Need a license - how long does support usually take these days?

I am an older customer with the autotap style cable.

I need efi live now to do a crank relearn.

The license info I have from a long time ago does not work with the new version of software.

I need a current license key so I can fire up my efilive and do the relearn.

I emailed support@efilive.com about 24hrs ago, nothing.

Back in the day V5 they were super fast. Just curious what the turnaround is these days before I should think I am being ignored :)

I just sent Paul a PM to make sure he sees this and checks the mail. They are still generally super quick - but they also have a reasonable todo list right now and compounded with SEMA and all.

You should hopefully hear back soon.
