I have been running OS#3 for awhile and want to switch to #5. What do I need to change to make it work till I run the wire to the pcm.

You'll probably find that nothing extra is required right now. All the TPS and N20 stuff is disabled by default - would pay to double check though :)

I believe OS5 only exists right now for stock OS's 12225074 (2002-05 Holden) and 12212156 (2002 F-Body).

You will have to use 02020005 OS to do a full re-flash, then you can flash the cal only from the tune with this OS 12212156. If you are going to use the tune file from OS 02040003, you will need to copy and paste the tune in dribs and drabs, It's a pain but thats the only way as the OS are not compatible.
Cheers Scotty.

Thats what I figured, I should have known it wouldnt be that easy. I have done a couple of tunes by hand coping and paste, it sucks but it can be done.
