It seams that my scanner will not lock the TCC for dyno pulls on all 00 cars and some 99 cars.It will lock 3rd gear but if you toggle the TCC the converter just unlocks on every car.(00) I've tried ussing 02 operating systems in the 00 cars and it still doesn't lock.
Any idea's or reason why the 00 cars don't want to cooperate?
