ETC to Cable Conversion?

Has anyone converted and ETC to Cable. 02 LS6 engine takeout. I can't think of anything off the top of my head other than changing to an F-body TB TPS/IAC and diff. OS. If anyone has done this I appreciate any help. Thanks,

Changing the throttle body is the easy part, convincing the ECM that it's OK that the throttle doesn't respect it's wishes might be a bit harder!

Well, I'm thinking it shouldn't matter since the guy only has the engine. He has to get a wiring harness and PCM. I know that the pcm can just be flashed with the appropriate OS and I guess he could use a camaro wiring harness. It's going in a 67 Camaro.
