B6614 in VZ Tune

I am wondering about what to do with B6614 in the 2004 pcm
im using 12592433 and 04140003

Some say max it and some say lower it??

I just left it at zerrow and if you want to reduce timing TCS can pull do it in B6603.
But the car I tuned we left TCS alone so the owners better half wouldn't get into trouble;)
