Electronic Throttle Control Error

Am I supposed to be getting an error message like "The currently loaded calibration contains one or more incorrect ETC (Electronic Throttle Control) tables." when I load a tune with the cable attached?

My car is a 99TA, so unless I am mistaken, it does not use ETC, is it safe to program this tune?
