Just did heads/cam and am now doing some logging to verify/adjust VE table.

On first pass, just did lower rpm and low KPA readings. All cells read 0.93 up to about 70 KPA when the cells jumped to 1.05. This seems strange as if a table is being read and no compensation being made for the VE Table.

FWIW, I did bring the revised data from teh log into the new VE table. Now the log table is showing .094 in teh lower cells.

Did I miss something in my setup?

Not sure I follow you. Can you post some screen shots?

Are you talking about the BEN factor cells?

When I did my initial log the, The Base Efficiency Map showed 93. I actually reduced the VE Table by roughly 7% and the next log showed the dame values in the Base Efficiency Map. I change the VE Table and nothing happens.

Are you talking about the BEN factor cells?

Yes, thanks

Do you have the values in B3647 at a different value than 1.00 eq ratio (14.63)? It's my understanding that if you don't then you will still get fuel ST fuel trimming and it will skew the BEN factor results. Set all that are at 14.63 or (1 eq) to something else like 14.7 and give it a try.

We know what the problem is now. The wideband is outputting a almost solid voltage which is why the BEN map looks like it does.

Anyone got experience wiring up the PLX WBO2 controllers?
