Welcome to the forum warscout2.
If you're satisfied with how the car is running now, you will need to download a stock '02 tune from www.holdencrazy.com (http://www.holdencrazy.com) then manually transfer all the calibration tables from your '00 tune to the '02. Every table will need to be copied over or you may notice some drivabilit issues.
Once you have transfered your calibration to the '02 tune, perform a full flash into your PCM. From there you can use the custom OS tutorial to get you set up with OS5.

Here is some good reading

Is your tune stock? Reason I'm asking is the 12 deg timing in B5913 right around idle.

my tune is mostly stock besides removing egr and cats. what could cause the 12 % of timing at idle?
i cant find a stock tune for a 2002 auto 4speed in the trans am

Just off the cuff, seen the low timing in canned cam tunes in an attempt to overcome stalling at idle.

I am assured that the Camaro/TransAm tunes are identical, so you could grab the 2002 Camaro Automatic tune from the repository and should be fine :)

2. did i waist a pcm lis. on the 000000 serial number?

I'd hold off on performing that flash. Seems I recall seeing a thread recently with mention of a similar problem. I'll see if I can dig it up for you.

If it's the VIN, it shouldn't be a problem ... just use the Scan tool to reprogram your correct VIN ...
