missing drivers?

i downloaded the new update for the v2 and windows says there are no better drivers than what i got installed.
i have version 3.1.2.0
i see version 3.1.4 in the update folder what am i doing wrong?
i was able to up date the firmware and i tried installing the driver manually but im having problems.
please dont tell me to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them!
are the 3.1.2.0 up to date?

I still use the 3.1.2 drivers with V2 and they are fine...

When you go to update the drivers, choose the show all drivers and then select the new one you wish to install. Do not let windows choose what driver to use.
