Flash problems

I posted before that I couldn't full flash a computer due to the lack of a serial #. Well, I updated my software to fix this.Now I can't partial flash because it says to full flash for a serial #. Then when we try to full flash it won't because it can not determine the appropiate EE Prom memory structure:bawl:
Before the upgrade it would atleast partial flash:frown:

Another shop had the truck first.
