V2 and/or PC Durmax Bi-Di's?

Will there be any Bi-Di support for the Duramax like I think the Tech2 can do? If I'm not too mistaken, you can do things like turn individual injectors off with the Tech2. Any chance of that in the PC Software and/or V2 standalone?

Yes, full TechII emulation with Engine overrides is planned, hopefully with both V2 standalone and PC.
I would suggest V2 standalone might be first.
