i keep throwing codes for o2 lean left and right bank.
im looking for reason on why it might do this i uploaded a log and my tune can you guys take a look at them and tell me if you can see why its trewing the codes?

and the log and tune are atached

my car is a 2000 formula with lt header, !egr, !air, 2002 operating system.
when i upgraded i loaded the default cal. with very minor changes. could the cal. cause this?
also i just installed a remote start i really do not see how this could cause this?

I'm no expert, but here's my thinking...
Your O2s seem to be cycling OK, so you are getting a good mixture in closed loop, but with this huge trim offset to account for either more air or less fuel than the system is expecting. The latter could be low fuel pressure (less likely as the error is consistent across a range of flowrates). The former could be a leak in your air inlet tract or manifold. Have a good look and listen to check.

you were completly right i had a hole on the back side of my pcv hose.

Hi, whats the best way to listen for an air leak?
by using a peice of garden hose with one end to your ear while moving the other end around the intake system is one way, i was told.

That is one way;

other ways:
- mechanics stethoscope with probe removed (i.e. open tube),
- spray carb cleaner at joint suspected of leaking (if it is sucked in then there's the leak).
