Need help. Have to start all over!

My laptop crashed so I got a new one. Now I have to reload the software and all my info. I have some needed files saved on a disc so that will help. What do I do about PCM licensing. I had a total of 3 licenses. 1 used and 1 free for myself and 1 I purchased for a friend. Need some advice. Thanks.

The licenses are stored in the FlashScan Cable. If it was that easy to clear your licenses we'd all reload our laptops weekly :)
