Throttle Reset

I'm trying to resolve some idle behaviors - my warm idle IAC's are zero or just above. Where is the throttle set screw located on an 00 LS1 - can't seem to find it - and how do you do a TPS reset?

- Turn car off
- Remove TPS Sensor wire harness
- Turn car to ign position (DO NOT START)
- Wait 30 seconds
- Turn ign off
- Plug in TPS Sensor wire harness
