Which tables should I go to correct this?

Have a look at the B3632 table as that s the afterstart enrichment table. If you are using COS then perhaps also check the A0008 table.

how rich? Are you SD or MAF?

It will go down to 10.9 right after start up in cool weather. I've been fighting air to fuel ratio since the motor swap. I've posted this problem before, but I never addressed it.
Last night was pretty cold. Nailed on it and the WB goes down to about 12.7 right away then went down to about 12.4 which started to bog the engine. On the same tune, in warmer weather the WB will be around 13.1. It constantly changes with the weather. Maybe I don't have the new injectors dialed correctly?

If its not using the custom op system with the IAT correction table populated - it will drift in AFRs - rich in the cold and lean in the heat by as much as a full point of AFR.
