can i calibrate the ad1-ad4 inputs with the lc1 or do i need another device?

I believe with the LC-1 software you can have it command set voltages and can therefore be used to calibrate the FlashScan V2. I've seen threads on here with people doing exactly that.

Also, given that no two devices are exactly equal, it might even be the best idea to calibrate it based in the LC1 - that way, when the LC1 thinks it delivers - say - 2V, and you adjust V2 to understand the voltage it gets as 2V, you should be all set ...

i found that i had to reboot the lc1 after programing the analog outs
for the values to be set and show correctly on the v2.
i used a separate power source so i did not have to turn off the v2 while rebooting the lc1.
