Unlock the PCM

i got my RR instaled the drivers good.

when i hook it to the car to flash it with a tune that i am working with a massage with UNLOCK THE PCM will pop.:help2:

this is the first time i use this RR:bawl:

When try to make connection to RR from the Tune i will get a NO RR USB DEVICE CAN BE FOUND
