In the description it shows

Defines the maximum allowed desired boost.

Now it is a value in Kilopascals. Stock on my LBZ was 270 which would be 39.1 PSI. By changin that to 300 (43.5PSI) Could this cause the engine light to come on with a P0299 "Turbo/Super Charger Engine Underboost"

The other day it came on but I had that set alot higher so I lowered it to see. Was OK for a day then today it came on. Could the computer be wanting more boost than it currently is tuned to make which caused the light??

Thanks a bunch!!

It's pretty much a clip level on the boost.
For example, if you had the base at 270, then the ECT adder at 100, IAT adder at 100 then the final sum will still be limited to whatever B2226 defines even if the base and adders result in a higher number than that.

Cheers,
Ross
