Most problems want to know the Ignition Voltage. I cannot find them in the PID's that come with Flash scan.
Am I missing it somewhere?

dperry,
welcome to the forum.
is this the pid you want: GM.VOLTS "Battery Voltage" ...?

No seen the Battery voltage one.
I do not think that it is the same as the ignition voltage.
I guess it could be but in the service manuals it says ignition voltage and if you look at the wiring diagram there is an ignition voltage input.
Just troubleshooting this truck and am thinking that a circuit going to the TCM is shorted to ground - causing all kinds of codes. Was wanting to look what the module is reporting for ignition voltage.

The manual is geared toward a TechII. EFILive doesn't have all the TechII features and vise versa.

Battery voltage / Ignition voltage are of course separate circuits on the truck, but as far as scantools go, reading battery or ignition voltage is the same thing, there is not two separate PID's for each. Some tools will refer to it as battery voltage others ignition voltage.

Thanks Ross,
What about the other tranny tech PID's in my other post?
Status of the pressure switches?

Sorry, but, those TCM PID's are not included with EFILive at this stage. I'll ask Paul if he can add them in for the next release.
Cheers,
Ross
