I Did Read And Program Without Lock Up The Pcm (( 98 C5 )) . Is That Mean I Can Wrok In Unlimit Ls1 ( 98/97 )) ???

Yes, you can scan and tune any 97-98 pcm without having to use a VIN License.

that's correct. with EFILive, 97/98 PCM's are unlimited.
