With B3801 disabled, B4205 maxed, Commanded table set other than 1.0, any reason to keep the front O2's plugged into the harness?

As long as commanded fuel in open loop & PE are set to your liking and your WBO2 matches what's commanded, I'd say you can get rid of them. I'd recommend keeping an eye on it with the WBO2 as there will be some variation in fueling as the operating environment changes. But, you should be fine. Don't forget to kill ALL of the NBO2 related DTC's in C6001 too. :)

I haven't had O2's on my car for 3 years now.

The only reason is to keep the connectors clean. If you want to unplug them, I'd recommend removing the sensors completely and installing plugs in the bungs, then find some connectors, block the terminal openings and plug them into the harness connectors. That way if you ever need to go reinstall the O2s, you'll have usable connectors.
