I've heard a rumour that the first EFILive/EFI University class has just finished. Sounds like it was a great learning experience for everyone. Anyone on the course (students and/or instructors) care to share their experiences?

Regards
Paul

Hello Paul, this was an excellent class and I recommend it. Great support for your already great product. I have modest experience with your product and this class provided many new perspectives. I have basically self taught myself how to use EFILive and it was comforting to have many of my methods validated by this class. The biggest bonus of all comes from the students in the class, as we have many professionals from many parts of the globe sharing their "real-world" experiences. The class was held in Southern California and recall that we had people from Washington, Ohio, Arizona and even Saudi Arabia.

As this class was titled EFILive-101 I am looking forward to 102+

A big thanks to Justin and Ben for helping us all better ourselves!

Regards,

Scott

I attended the class, and found it to be an excellent value, and a good choice for anyone who wants get a "quick start" in EFILive.

While it is geared for gasoline tuning, it still had alot of content that would be helpful to diesel guys as well.

I missed a call today from Ben S from EFI 101. His message stated the class worked out quite well. We are trying to put together a class at our shop (East Coast) to do the same.

I'll try him tomorrow and see where it goes. Who is interested in a class in the East Coast?

Me possibly, of course I am at sea for half the year and the odds of me getting off for something I want to do rarely happens

I can work my way through the menus and all, what I want is how to tune, smoothing VE tables, what PIDs to select for which phase of tuning etc...

I don't think the class structure is about how to tune but rather how to use the software. Navigating tune area and how to better use the scanning.

They did a cool demo of the realtime VE programming. But the class was geared towards using the EFILive scanning and tuning tools in general.

 I am 100% in for an east coast class. I am going to sign up for the EFI-101 class that is going to be on May 5-6. So, a mid-late May class would work perfect for me, lol. This would give me (and anyone else on the east coast) the chance to take the 101 class first to get the basics, followed up by the EFILive specific class. Thanks guys.

You mean you didn't offer Ben a special deal on a White 'slightly' modified truck so he could start some Diesel tuning courses :-)

Cheers,
