i have stock injectors (28.8lbs/hr) and wahlbro fuel pump
on my `02 z28 and have 60-62.5 psi at the rail.
is it necessary to change the ifr {b4001},
to get the ve table and maf right?

RHS,

I you telling him this because his fuel pressure appears "higher" then a stock fuel system?

yes, mechanical throughput of an injector is one thing, but the actual flow is also dictated by the pressure pushing the fuel from the rail, as well as the intake pressure pushing the other way.
that's why:

actual flow=ratedflow*sqrt((fuel pressure in the rail+manifold vacuum)/rated fuel pressure)
