This is hot ... Just saw this link on another Website ...

Looks like GM is indeed coming out with a new Firebird! Based on the same base as the new Camaro, with LS2 in the T/A version @ 430HP ... prototype body pictures are in the article as well ... wonder how they kept it under the cover this long, only showing off the Camaro ...

Time to start saving your money for this one!

Strange GM would be fooling on something so current - and to the Firebird fans that's an insult. But GM in general is an insult these days IMHO.

Now maybe announcing they are bringing back the Corvair or something - wait I had one of those - they actually were pretty spiffy...

Post was on 0401 at 10:35 AM local time ... ;) Oh well ... wishful thinking ... lets just hope GM has enough money to actually get the new Camaro out the doors ...
