First off I'm a newbie so be easy..

I'm a little lost on the IFR table.. here are the rate's that are in now (someone else figured them) and the rates for what redhardsupra chart says..question is how much of a difference would that make.. (motron 60's fuel pressure at 62psi)
Whats in there now

7.484375
7.531250
7.570313
7.625000
7.671875
7.710938
7.765625
7.804688
7.843750
7.898438
7.937500
7.984375
8.023438
8.070313
8.109375
8.156250
8.203125

What redhardsupra .xls sheet calls for.

8.952454
9.005512
9.058260
9.110702
9.162844
9.214692
9.266249
9.317520
9.368512
9.419227
9.469670

9.619414
9.668813
9.717961
9.766862

The reason I'm asking is on the stock OS the car will pull through boost just fine but is a little lean..once I loaded the COS the car goes pig rich around 115 kPa and starts bucking.

I'll attach the tune i'm on now 04 GTO M6.. also I do have ethanol coming in at 5psi, 255 pump and KB BAP

thanks in advance :master:

It's not your injector flow rate, it's your boost VE table (A0009). I know the tutorial say to copy and past your last column from your VE table and past it into the 105 column in the boost VE table and then add 300% to the end, but that is WAY to much. Look at the rate your stock VE table is increasing, then use that to estimate how your boost table should be increasing. Then add a little to it to be safe and start auto-tuning it to get it in line. Right now your boost VE table is WAY to rich.

Also keep in mine that the Boost VE table goes in 10 kPa increments, and the stock VE table goes in 5 kPa increments. So you need to use the increase in value from 2 columns from the stock VE to figure for the Boost VE table.

thanks I'm going to go play and see what happens

well played a little with the VE set up and it worked a little better..
only had one spot where it loaded up when trying to go into boost..

here is a log from my little drive around with a couple little stabs to see if it would load up.. I'm going to make a few more little adjustments to the both VE tables then take it on a longer drive to get some better data to play with

Looks a lot better, but you need to set up your {B3647} "Commanded Fuel vs RPM (normal)" to the way I changed it in the previous tune you posted that I am attaching here. (you need to make sure your set up to show unit values in AFR) This is the table I use for auto tuning on my turboed truck.

Looks like its a lot closer, I'd setup autotune and make a BEN map and do some driving and auto tuning and you should be good. Let us know how it goes. :)
