I searched and found this topic in Version 6 area.

Displacement (distance) is the integral of velocity (VSS) over time (this is the area under the speed-vs-time curve).

To do distance travelled, VSS must be converted to some fundamental units (such as m/s or ft/s), and then this must be integrated over time (units in seconds (s)), but the integration must be gated by some conditional (such as VSS was previously zero, and is now increasing monotonically, and TPS is greater than 80%, and we have not yet travelled 1/4 mile or not yet reached 60 MPH).

My calculus is a little rusty but it should be easier if you don't start with VSS if this is possible.

I assume the VSS is a calculated output already being PPK/time*constant.

Is it possible to just get a raw output of ppk from the gearbox sender and then calibrate this with a fixed value to represent distance travelled since the logging started ?

Just started playing with Flashscan and so far I am loving it.

cheers
