Just Installed A Non Vvt Turbo On My 2007 Lbz. Now I Am Having Troubles With My Truck Revving Past 1900 Rpm. It Seems To Be In Limp Mode. I Have The Turbo Dtc Set To Not Report, Yet I Am Seeing A P0045 And P2565 When The Truck Is Running. However, The Dtc's Are Not Showing Up When I Save The Log Files.
In The Logs, Throttle Position Seems To Be Matching The Actual, But Main Rate Is Limited To 30-35.
I Also Posted On The Dieselplace.
Any Help Would Be Appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul

Paul, we currently don't give you the option to disable those DTC's, it possibly is what is causing the engine to go in to reduced power mode.
Contact me via PM and we can work on a solultion (let me know what the Operating System number is of your tune files).
Cheers,
Ross

I have an 06 LBZ, OS6698, i got a HHT Promax installed on there and she is giving off the P0045 code too, did you manage to find a solution for this problem????
I know PPE sells a box you can plug in to disable this code, just wondering if i can do it via EFI too.

The situation can be remedied via tuning, look in the engine diagnostics folder for vane sensor parameters.

I tried a few things with C0810-13, namely 5.1V and 655 error time, but it didnt work.... i tried 0V too, no vanes, zero voltage... i know its probably a far too basic logical reason, but it never worked either.

Open the tune file, use the Navigator and search for these tables
C0810
C0811
C0812
C0813
Try Setting C0810 to 4.780 volts as I assume the connector is open and no longer plugged in.
If not then try Setting C0810 to 0 volts as I assume the connector is open and no longer plugged in.
If that does not work then set both C0810 and C0812 to 0 volts or also try both being set to 4.780 volts.
Set C0811 and C0813 to 655 seconds maxing out the table.
Also go to B0792 and set everything from 1600 rpms to 4000 rpms to 120, that should disable reduced fueling on the the limp mode.
Also go to table B2231 and set all of the remaining cells from 1200-4000 to 200, that will in effect tell the ecm to not try and control boost until fueling request is over 200 mm3.
Also do not alter table B2232.
These changes should fix the fueling problem, most likely the issue is table C0810, but addressing the other tables is needed as well.
Hope that helps,
Tony
