I just did a full re-flash of the COS3 on my PCM , when I set up the COS3 the Tune software keeps giving me a Out of Range calibration warning , A0001 , and A0002 which are both set to values in the COS3 tutorial (100) , what is up with that ?
From pass experience the values are already set to 100 just A0000 , A0011 need to be changed to correct the table , 7.4.2 (build 622) .

tunedbyGM,

Follow these steps:

1. For each out-of-range parameter, set the value to 1 less than the max value, keeping note of which ones you changed.
2. Save the file and exit the tune tool.
3. Open the tune tool and the file and set those values back to max value.
4. Save the file.

What I think is happening is that the new COS parameters occupy an area of flash that has all ones's in it (i.e. each byte is FF)...

The tune tool disallows values greater than max, so it tells you "out of range" and displays the max but does not alter the value itself... it leaves that up to you.

Best I remember you use to have to add the values in that section of the OS , but in 7.3.3 it got added for you . Did not see this until 7.4x , the "out of range" issue .

Thank for the X .
