I have a 2003 C5 with a level 5 4l60e 3.90's and a PT4000. The trans builder created a lazy lock-up and said if I wanted he would firm it up. He's been around a long time and has now disappeared. I'm planning on trying the following to firm the lock-up. I'm not planning on locking under WOT, this is for street driving.

TCC PWM min duty cycle: Raise values 20% at a time. This should firm the lock?
TCC pressure apply rate: Raise 10% at a time. This should speed up the apply?

Does this sound right and is it safe?
Thanks
Joe

What do the TCC settings look like compared when compared to the stock C5 file?

How did this go?
Like Steve said, would that be the answer to tighten a slow slippy lockup?

Thanks
