I don't think I've seen anything this pretty. Williams Performance did the install. The only mods are A.R. Headers and a Vararam. It's otherwise completely stock. It's converted to wet sump.
The car drives like a dream and has lots of B_ _ _ _S. The torque is great so I've been able to lower the TC lockup because of it. You can tell I'm really stoked.
My 364 will go up for sale next week when I can get some pictures.

Joe,
That new motor has to feel real good with that A4! Must have some mean yank.
Get some miles on it and get back to the track!

I'm going easy with it for break-in but it does pull hard. I increased the TCC PWM and TCC pressure and lowered Lockup mph. With 3.90's and the old engine the rpm's between 4th and lockup were a little annoying. But that's gone. Can't wait to race it.

That would be really cool. How does that happen?Contact them (GMHTP, or others) and show them lots of pic of your car, engine with an explanation of the swap.
Present it well, clearly and concisely.

GM Hi Tech is not really the right magazine. It's geared more to F-bodies and assorted other vehicles. They've added some Corvette coverage because the Camaro/Firebird is no longer being produced. I'd suggest contacting Corvette Fever magazine-- specifically, Alan Colvin, the editor. Contact him at alan.colvin@primedia.com. If you don't get a response, PM me and I'll put him in touch with you.

The question is: Is this the first LS7 crate engine in an A4 car? We know there are lots of built 427's. But the LS7 is an unique motor. As I see it, anyhow.
