If my tuner set my IFR incorrectly according to RHS's spreadsheet, what would happen to my current tune if the only thing that I changed was to input the correct IFR numbers?

Would that throw the whole tune off alot?

Yes it would throw your VE & maf tables out. There is a paper on RHS blog site on unscrewing a bad tune. Im pretty sure it explains how to fix the tune via spreadsheets to get it back in line.
