Was just using Compare and saw this difference, when in fact both tunes are the same at 100.000 for A0001 and A0002. This is COS 02030003. Wondering why the discrepancy.

The alternate file you are comparing against has those parameters set to some invalid values (i.e. whatever the flash memory previously contained in the locations that those parameters now occupy) due to it being the first instance of your COS tune (i.e. when you read the flash into a file, those parameters contain "uninitialized" data that was in those previously unused flash memory locations).

Whew! Thanks. I've seen that a few times but did not understand the why behind it.
