Trying to upload revised tune and now getting message above. Says to check all cable and plugs and make suree ignition on.

Any suggestions?

Relaoded all software. Tried booting up Scantool and receievd following message:

Unknown VIN:
Manufac parameters have not been loaded.Manufacturer enhanced OBDII parameters have not been loaded.

Would you like to enter a different VIN Now?

Problem is the VIN # is mine that in identified under Unknow VIN:

cig fuse?

Not using anything fusable to upload a revised tuning file. Coming off ALDL/EFI to notebook off USB cable.

The cig fuse circuit powers the OBDII port ;) Blown cig fuse= no power the it.

Sound more like your having software issues now though.

I reloaded drivers and all is well again.
