Connect the wideband analog output to one or more V2 AD inputs,
making sure to observe the correct polarity (see decal on underside of V2).
From the ScanTool, connect to V2, then go FlashScan->FlashScan V2 Control Panel
Then follow these steps (which are shown in the V2 Control Panel):
0. Place checkmarks on the AD1-4 channels that you are calibrating on the V2 Control Panel, I unchecked all but AD1 .
1. remember wideband AFR-vs-V points,
2. program wideband to output a flat 1.000V,
3. disconnect wideband from V2, measure this output voltage, My output was 0.99v . ,reconnect wideband to V2,
4. enter this voltage (in mV) and press Initialize on the FlashScan V2 Control Panel, I entered 990 mV (0.99v=990mV)
5. program wideband to output a flat 4.000V, I used 5.000v
6. disconnect wideband from V2, measure this output voltage, I got 4.96v , reconnect wideband to V2,
7. enter this voltage (in mV) I entered 4,960 mV (4.96v=4,960mV) and press Calibrate on the FlashScan V2 Control Panel,
8. press OK/Finished,
9. program wideband back to the AFR-vs-V points. I used the setting in the LC-1 Tutorial and the AFRs matched the LogWorks AFRs output .
Analog 1
0.88333 v = 10.00 AFR
4.21667 v = 20.00 AFR --- The LC-1 PID is calibrated to use these settings .
Analog 2
1.000 v = 10.00 AFR
2.000 v = 20.00 AFR
The body of this joecar did I just added my comments to it , I don't know if this is correct or not but it worked for me .
