what does TCCDC and TSTATE00 do????

TCCDC is the duty cycle (percentage of time per cycle) that the TCCPWM solenoid is applied (controls TCC apply pressure); see 3b in diagram.

TSTATE0 contains the state the TCC solenoid (gates TCC apply pressure to the TCC), see 3d in diagram,
and the state of the brake switch.
