Decimal, . delimiter

I just discovered that depending on the way I open a tune the tune software (Build: 645) handles the decimal delimiter differently.When opening the tune file within the software I get a . while I get a , when double clicking on a tune file.

Just tried to reproduce the error but was not able to....

The decimal delimiter is a problem anyway ... at least if you have a "," as standard ... Scan tool uses the locale settings, whereas Flash tool still doesn't ... would be nice if this could be fixed some time ....
