Help Please!

I got everything hooked up, loaded, and updated and went to read my stock calibration the system check said ok and I got no error codes but it said preparing to read ECM for over an hour but never progressed on the screen?? I onhooked and re hooked everything but still no workie:frown:

When that happens, goto the Console F12 tab, copy all the text (ctrl-A, rightclick->Copy) and paste it in this thread.

Somehow you need to get the info to this thread so they can determine what is wrong.
