The description for {B3321} Skip Shift Min Throttle says:
Throttle position percentage above which CAGS "skip shift" will be allowed. It probably should read "below which" ...

Once the knock conditions are no longer present the ECM will being to ramp the knock timing retard back to normal run spark timing at a rate defined by this table.
