Can't Read TCM

2007 6.0L 4L70E Avalanche I Can't download Transmission files. Just get the error message ( does't recognize PCM or TCM ) or something like that. Is anyone else having this problem?

TCM O.S. 24239927

So you can't read the TCM at all? or it goes through the read process and then tells you it does not recognise it?
The TCM O.S you listed is not one I have a file from here, so it may simply be a matter of sending the file to support@efilive.com and we can map it out.

As for the ECM O.S 12614088, that is supported in the latest update that was posted (see the top of the forum).

I figured it out right after my post. yea I just need cal. file 24239927. your right it's not listed in V7/T42/Cal.
Should I email this request to support?
