I tuned a gto a couple weeks ago with a cam, had it idling at 700rpm. Today the owner unhooked the batt for about 30min and called and said its idling back at stock idle rpms. How could have unhooking the batt change the idle? I have never heard of that before.

Anyone else had this happen?

It should relearn back to tune. Give it some time?

What kind of tune? OLSD? CLMAF? Is idle learning active?

CLMAF
It never relearned, but I reflashed it and it idles fine again.

Thats what it seems like, atleast it went back to stock idle. I have the idle set at 700rpm for the cam, and after the batt was unhooked it went back to stock idle. The guy drove the car for a week and it never went back to 700rpm. I reflashed it and its been at 700rpm ever since.
