Is it possible through efi live to reset the vin number programmed into the radio on my H2??? I am installing a TNR800 radio into it and it would be nice if I could save myself a trip to the dealer. Anyone know if this is possible to do?

Nah not yet. A tech 2 is needed right now.

Not only does the radio need to be programmed to match the VIN but the radio options have to be configured to match the radio to the vehicle with use of the Tech2 and TIS2WEB. The radio doesn't know that the vehicle has factory amps, Bose, 4 door / 2 door etc. so you have to set it up that way before programming. No way to do it other than through the dealer.
