Need help building 80E file for OS 12216125

Need a little tuning help. I am swapping in an 80E. My OS is 12216126. It’s a 2002 OS and is 512kb. I cannot find that OS with an 80E in it. I have EFI Live but don’t know how to do a custom OS or if that is even the answer. Can anyone help me out with that OS and an 80E segment already in the file or show me a tutorial on how to make one?
If I could find an 80E in my OS I could follow the sticky instructions but I can't find it and dont know how to build one.:frown:
