Found this info on the net:

The H3 will be powered by the 3.0l turbo-diesel found in the Isuzu Rodeo that puts out 155 horsepower and 258lb-ft of torque and mated to either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic gearbox. A petrol (gasoline) engine version may be added in the future.

Any future tuning possibilities with the rodeos(maybe).

Is the 3.0l turbo-diesel a rebadged duramax

Absolutely no idea what ECM that would be using.

I too wondered about the new 3.0L common rail Rodeo's,
Ross - stop at a Holden dealer an take a look, the ECM is easily assessable under the bonnet

The I5 only makes about 50 more hp than that motor, plus the diesel has a TON more tq at lower RPMs (I assume so, its a diesel) so it would probably be alright.

What Id do for a 3L V6 diesel in a TrailBlazer...25mpg+ on the highway and an awesome tow rig.
