Triple Dog stuck in my PCM???

I had a Triple dog in my truck before I got EFI and the tuner was lost so I could not restore my stock tune. I have done some tuning with EFI and thought things were going ok. I noticed any tune I load tables B1102, B1122 and one other DO NOT change. When I read my tuning the tables are still the Bully dog tables. What can I do??? Complete reflash?? Take it to the dealer and have them do a reflash?? Help please:nixweiss:

Do you have commercial? If not, it would probably be worth it since a dealer reflash is not going to be free. Can you describe your setup please. You should be able to find a stock file in the tune repository. I would start over with a known good cal and if you want compare what the bully pup did.
