Get a FREE copy of EFILive V4 Professional

The web page efilive.com/overview_obdi.aspx offers a free
copy of V4 Professional to whoever provides a qualified vehicle
definition file which is not already in the list.

On June 3, 2007 I emailed (to support@efilive.com) the following:

"Attached is a configured and tested vehicle definition file for
my 1995 Buick Regal 3.8L L27 VIN=L with automatic tranny.

This configuration conforms to the GM Datastream A221 Specification
and applies to the 94 and 95, L27 and L67 engines.

I've met, I believe, your basic requirements for submission of
definition files to receive a free copy of EFILive V4 Professional.

Please check this file and let me know if I've met your requirements.
Then let me know how I can get the Pro version.

It's been a month and I've heard nothing in reply to my email.

I looked back through the support emails for the past 2 months and could not find any reference to your email. Please resend it to paul@efilive.com.

The offer is for streams that are not already available on our web site. The A221 stream is available and listed under: "95 L L27 3.8" on this page:
http://www.efilive.com/overview_vehicleDef.htm

However, if you have made significant improvements or added data that is not available in the current version then the file will be considered for a Pro license.

We're in the process of re-posting that V4 definitions page.

Meanwhile, the link refered to earlier is this file: 1995 3.8L_Lumina Van.xml. It is available as part of the V4 software install in the folder: \Program Files\EFILive\V4\Vehicle data streams.
