WOT tuning

here's my deal.

I've got a 96 k1500 running with a 411. I have the VE dialed in pretty well and it runs great most of the time. I'm running speed density also. When i go WOT my AFR drops to about 10.8:1. I would much prefer something in the vicinity of 13.1:1. What might I need to change?

Check your commanded PE in that area. Is your VE accurate, if so then PE and Actual should match. COT overtemp off etc?
