COS3 out of range calibrations

I swapped to OS3 and when I open my tun file I have the following values out of range: A0001 Forced octane scaler percent, A0002 Octane scaler limit, and A0009 Boost VE table. Is this normal? Or did I mess up?

Set those to max-1, save file, exit tool, open tool, open file, set them back to previous value, save file.
