lean wot with big ve numbers and low injector duty cycle

not sure why this is happening i have 140s to 150 ve numbers and duty cycle of only 60s and a 70% and lean as heck 14.00 with comands of 12.5 custom operating system 02020003 gm operating system 12212156.i will post a log and the tune it was run on got me lost

3.1 injector what's the engine combo? Might be out of injector regardless of dc....should be pig rich.

In your tune, P0101, P0102, & P0103 processing enablers are set to not reported, so you are not falling into SD mode. You need to set those three to "non-emissions."
