PCM SN zeros

I flashed a PCM (o2 fbody) with my V2 and it has all zeros as the serial number. I did read the earlier threads and have performed a full reflash assuming that a serial number will be assigned. It is not.

Sounds like you have an older version of the software. You'll want to download the latest public release from: http://www.efilive.com/download.aspx
and install.
