I added a FAST90 and LS2 Tb ported by Tony Mamo. Bottom line, I believe I am chasing a leak.

I took it out in OLSD and did some BEN logging and BEN was calling for 1.5-1.7 added fuel. Prior to this VE was very very close. Using RR, I added the requested fuel and car wanted to die.

Am I missing something? Do I need to make any other adjustments for the TB with in OLSD? Des Airflow was almost right on. Very little change was required.

Any suggestions?

IMO, the part throttle and idle fueling should still be pretty close. I would assume the biggest change would be seen at WOT - especially around peak torque. If it's calling for a 50~70% increase in fueling, there's definitely something wrong outside of the tune.

Are you sure the WB is reporting correctly? Which intake manifold gaskets are you running?

Did you replace the stock valley cover bolts with the low profile ones...?

.. and are your heads stock or milled?
Milled heads can cause the intake to bottom out before sealing.

As mentioned normally its near WOT you will need extra air. From memory mine was like 7% more max and progressively less as rpm/map dropped.
Idle was perfect from my LS6 to my Fast90/90 so the TB Blade hole must have been sized as direct replacement for the 78mm stock throttle.
